Wow, I used to be able to run a 7 minute mile and now I can barely run a ten minute mile. Oh well I guess that's what happens when one doesn't practice. I think I must get back into shape, especially if I need to be running places. Running is kind of useless these days unless you're trying to get away, so really, sprinting would be the best thing to train for. I remember when I was 8 I couldn't run distance for anything, but I could outspeed most of the kids. I only learned to maintain a stride when I was 14, and even then I didn't really get good until I was 16. Anyway...running feels good.
Its like dynamic meditation...
