I played way too much Twilight Princess today. But it's nice to be lazy and play video games :) Now I can keep being lazy and watch Ice Age.
I feel like I haven't updated in ages. And I haven't been very good about reading. Sorry guys.
Let's see. My soccer team got bronze at state for the Special Olympics. The soccer part of that weekend was great. The rest was just exhausting and I wish I'd been more excited to be there.. But I really wasn't.
Fumbled through finals right after that. I think I did okay. Not spectacular. My grades could be a lot better. But it was a tough quarter, and I'm happy with what I've got.
Living with Nick is fine. No fights or anything. Sometimes I worry that we'll run out of things to talk about. And sometimes he gets unreasonably grumpy and that makes me unreasonably annoyed. Hah. Oh well.
His family is coming to visit from Michigan. They'll be here tomorrow... For about a week. Whew.
Camp training went well. Some of the team building exercises were terrible draining. But we all work together well, which is important when you're working with a bunch of disabled kids. Mostly autistic boys, really. I'm actually really anxious about starting on Monday. I'm good at my job, but lately I feel like I've been losing the patience for it. Especially the really tough kids that bite and scratch and run away. I'm worried that day camp will reach the point of too much.
I guess we'll see where summer takes me.
