My Crazy Life Since Saturday

Whoo...I'm back. And I must say that Top Thrill Dragster is the most awesome roller coaster I've ever been on. (And that's saying something - I'm quite the enthusiast).

But overall, the trip to Cedar Point was pretty bad. The seniors (Whoo-hoo!) and grads got the van on teh way there, but not on the way back. I'm glad we had it when we did, because it took us over 9 hours to get there because of traffic jams right outside of Indy & Columbus. The showers at the church we stayed at had no curtains or any kind of divider, so if someone walked into the restroom, they saw you in all of your naked glory. It was hot, and we were all gross, but almost all of the rides were worth it. We rode Top Thrill Dragster first, and I LOVED it! It shoots you straight up into the sky, and when you reach the top, you feel like you're floating. Then you go straight down at 120 mph, and it looks like you're heading right into Lake Erie. The lake itself was gorgeous, and you could see right into Canada. Then this freshman that no one in our group of 12 knew was with us wandered off, and then re-appeared about 30 minutes later. Then our group split 3 ways since no one could agree, so it was 2 of my friends, me, and the Disappearing Girl. We wanted to ride Milleniumn Force, but she whined so we rode a kiddie ride for her. I kid you not, a kiddie ride. Then she sat out while we rode Milleniumn Force, and then she cried to a sponsor about how mean we all were to here. Okay, I was trying to mediate, and my best friend was innocent. She went for the wrong girls! She went with another group and the rest of us met up with a friend of the guilty party, and we rode Mantis, the Sky Cabs, Raptor, the Power Tower, Disaster Transport, Wicked Twister, and Magnum. My neck snapped forward on Magnum, and it's still sore.

We split with them after that, and then we rode Wicked Twister again, the Ferris Wheel, Chaos, and the bumper cars. Have I mentioned that the giant Ferris Wheel is the scariest thing in the park? I can get on any roller coaster with no fear, but not on a Ferris Wheel. Then, on the way home, Disappearing Girls decided to steal my best friend's crush/prom date away from her as revenge. We were the innocent ones! And the moment she asked him to sit with her and glared at us, it was on. The water park the next day was pretty fun and very refreshing. More of the three of us and the friend. Then on the bus, Disappearing Girl did it again! This time, it was more "Oh no you didn't!" The other friend & I kept butting in whenever she tried to talk to him, and eventually, we got him to sit by our friend! Disappearing Girl was so mad!

The Reader's Digest version of my life: We're in a fight with the family of my mom's best friends, I've registered for school, the articles aren't done, and I don't know how to paint my parking spot. But hey, I have something to park in it!
