So welcome to Canada eh?

I got up at the lovely hour of 3.30 in the morning to catch my first of 3 planes from Tullamarine airport, well its really a fun hour to be up! Ummm not!

But by 7.40 I was on the plane a getting ready for take off though it might not sound like it later I really do love flying, just maybe not for 24 hours straight.

Yet again as normally got about a half hour sleep on the plane, but the great thing was as it was not so busy I actually had 2 seats to myself SCORE!!

It felt nearly like the flight that wouldn’t end, seriously my 9 hour flight to Hong Kong felt twice as long as my 11 hour flight to Vancouver, its was just going and going and going!

Hong Kong, bit of a freaky landing, thanks for the warning dad! The airport kinda just pops up it nearly looks like your going to land in the sea, weird. But HK was bloody hot! 31 degrees, I mean seriously, and of course my gate was almost literally the furthest one away, didn’t help my sore squashed knees! *pouts*

Discovered something while waiting to board, I really suck at Suduko, I mean seriously I attempted 2 while waiting for my plane to board and only finished one, and these were at novice level people, so I suck!

The flight from Hong Kong to Vancouver was better than to Hong Kong, sat next to a really nice older Indian man and we got talking cricket, really interesting conversation!

Although I swear to god somehow the seats in the economy class had changed and I not had NO leg room! And I’m only five feet five and a bit and it was squishy for me! I love the window seat because of the view and well I get bored easily but it is hard when the person next to you is not small and the person in front of them has their chair basically as far back as

Arriving in Vancouver I loved how beautiful the airport was although yet again it seem my gate was one of the furthest one away and believe me the airport is massive! I was dripping with sweat and feel 10 ways of flushed when I arrived (finally) the gate, something I must say that pays when you pack layers and get to hot, was that I had a spare shirt to wear, yay, I was no longer disgustingly sweaty!

I had to wait about an hour and a half for my connecting flight so I sat down and attempted some more Suduko, I now suck less and have finished 5/7 which isn’t to bad.

The flight to Calgary was pretty short, and this time I was sat next to a lovely old Canadian couple who were very friendly and really cute! The views from out of the plane window were pretty cool, mountains peaking over the tops of clouds just rocks!

Arriving in Calgary I came to the conclusion that Canada has the funniest airports, Vancouver was massive and totally confusing but then it really showed that they have made an effort to make it look good and it works. And the in Calgary the luggage carousels have these massive scenes on top of them, like of horses jumping, this native themed one and a polar bear that would make LOST proud. Just quirky little things that make me laugh!

Oh Cathay Pacific has really good movies at the moment, I watched Oceans 13, Die Hard 4.0, Chicago, Harry Potter OotP, License to Wed, Georgia Rule, PotC DMC, and Evan Almighty. So basically I saw the entire cast of the Office, which made me giggle. Has anyone else seen license to wed? it has about 40 million the Office references in there, and about half the cast. Which is understandable when I saw it was directed by Ken Kwapis it all made sense.

Well that’s all so far
Tomorrow I head up to Lake Louise after doing the necessaries in Calgary in the morning

I'm offically going to bed now!
