"Is it cold out here or is it just you?" Jin says, leering at him, and Kame has to remind himself not to strangle him because he's going along with Jin while he 'practices' drag racing...to prevent him from killing himself. Kame hangs his head with a frustrated grown, smacking Jin's hand away when he tries to steal a quick grope.
Things go pretty well at first, actually. Jin's not a bad driver, really, just impulsive at times, and the roads are emptier at this time of night anyway. After a while Kame even relaxes a bit and begins to enjoy the ride, thinking that they'll probably be able to last through the night more or less intact. But of course Jin always likes to prove him wrong, as he brings the bike to an abrupt stop.
"Wait, I almost forgot!" Jin pulls something out of his pocket then turns around presents them to Kame for inspection. "Every gangster's got to have a cool set of shades!" he proclaims as he puts them on, then gives Kame and enthusiastic thumbs up. And before Kame can even say anything they're off again, and he can only cling to Jin's waist in terror as the motorcycle almost immediately begins weaving back and forth along the road.
Jin thinks it's rather exciting, judging from his whoops and cheers, but Kame would like to live past young adulthood and is much less enthused. He's so preoccupied with begging Jin to take off his sunglasses or screaming at him to get out of the way of incoming obstacles that he can't see because of his stupid sunglasses that it takes a while for him to realize that they're lost.
And that would have been bad enough by itself, if it weren't for the hooting and drone of motorcycle engines approaching them from all sides. Jin is, of course, no help at all.
"Look Kame, a real bike gang!" he cheers as he waves at the lead biker, a stocky man with a rather ridiculous pompadour. The rest of the gang is also sporting stereotypically gangster-like haircuts, looking like they stepped right out of the 90's, and Kame has the sinking feeling that this night is about to get much, much worse.
