That helps a lot when I'm doing kenpo. If there's somebody whose nose I'd like to break, I get a much better workout. Plyo is ridiculous though! I was doing lean for the first 6 weeks so I hadn't done it. I switched to classic this week and I had to take many breaks to avoid vomiting during that bitch.
