[#073] It's Been All About Gakkou e Ikou!
Seriously, this whole weekend has been rather dull and me procrastinating from writing, and me not doing shit work. I think I intended to do this ages ago, but I went back and watched episodes of Gakkou e Ikou. I've been going backwards, funnily enough, and just about done with 2008 (the year it ended).
All I can say coherently is that Sakamoto is just a hot mofo and a;lsdkfjalsdfj I heart him so much. One of the big things I've been flailing hard-core over (on twitter--to which I seriously apologize for) is the first appearance of Kentarou on Josou Paradise. For those who don't know, Josou Paradise is the segment on GeI where they take high school boys and make them over into really cute girls. Kentarou was pretty much their trophy, I think. V6 used him every time they wanted to prank someone and have him pretend he was an AD or something, then see if the person realized the "girl" was really a guy. Never worked, but it was always hysterical to see what shit Kentarou would have to say. (Arashi fans should know this prank! They pulled it on them about 2 years--and some--ago! :DDD)
Anyway, when Kentarou first appeared, Sakamoto and Miyake (they were hosting that time) were bowled over by how ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE he was. Miyake even starts out saying that he shouldn't talk--because then it'd ruin the illusion. Except Kentarou goes "Okay" in this kind of high-pitched croaky voice and Miyake goes, "Wait, is this a situation where it'd be okay for him to talk?!" And Kentarou responds by going, "I have a cold/I'm sick" or something along those lines (to explain off the high-pitchness, except he apparently always has a cold or something >.>).
So Sakamoto then asks, "Who is your favorite in V6?" Because obviously. VERY. IMPORTANT. INFORMATION. lolololol Kentarou hesitates, asking if it's all right that he say. They insist that it's definitely okay and he responds with "Sakamoto-san." CUE HUGE LAUGHTER FROM ME. Miyake then proposes that Kentarou tell Sakamoto he likes him via a Sempai/Kouhai confession scenario, and so of course, THEY DO IT. *____________________* I'd write more but I just realized that I'm pretty much summarizing the clip that I'm about to embed. Mind you, I was so desperate to share this that I cut this from the episode myself and uploaded it. LOL PLEASE ENJOY. *______________* IT IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST EVER.
Other than that, I watched the first ep of Asuko March on boycottbananas's rec and OMG, I LOVE IT. *____________* I already have the next two episodes waiting for me when I get a chance to watch it but. a;sldkfjalsdkfj I thought Takei Emi was rather awesome and I am really pleased that I am not cradle-robbing when I say the two male leads are really hot. lolol The importance I put into things. XDDD
