[#008] I Has To Clean My Room For Next Week...
...Because not only is my mom's friend coming to sleep here for like two days, but my own friends are also coming by that Friday to sleep over for one night (the start of what will likely be a very interesting weekend). It's going to be a glorious. With the only problem being that I have to, you know, actually fucking clean. In the meantime, I thought I'd actually rearrange my room because as it is right now, it's ridiculously messy (I haven't been cleaning due to laziness) and it's kind of overcrowded.
As a result, I kept trying to google today on ways to rearrange my room easily. And found this like interactive floor plan design program called SmartDraw. Omg, so awesome. *______________________* It was exactly what I'd been looking for.
Room Now
look how annoyingly narrow it is. DDDD: Even worse is that ugh I keep trying to fix things up that more shit keeps gathering near the middle and I'm running out of room to walk. XD I am ridiculously more of a pack-hoard when my sister isn't here anymore.
Possible Room Formation
Probably the noticeable thing missing is that second bed. lol I have a trundle bed that we kept out because, well, AR was still living here and she'd sleep on it. But now that she isn't, there really isn't any point in keeping it out. Especially since what ends up happening is that all I want to do is just pile things on top of it and never clean. XDDDDDD Plus the bed itself eats up space. So what better way than to keep it tucked under my bed like it should be? :D Also, lol I'm not really rearranging by much. I actually wanted my computer table and the big round chair to switch places until I'd remembered that the wires to the internet are connected to my sister's room through a hole in the wall the table's against now. If I were to put the table across the room, I'd have to wind the wires along the wall and all the way to the corner. I don't know if there's enough room for that. Plus, it's easier for me to watch TV from my bed at that angle! XDDDDDDDDDD my priorities. they are beautiful
Other than that... my family went to Hershey Park yesterday! I'd talk more on it, but I have pictures I want to post and why not put everything in one lovely post. I have one thing to say though, I love people-watching. lol Probably my favorite part.
And last (but not least), reccing fic! It's not even JE related which is kind of different from me (lol when was the last time I read JE fic? ...well, last night, but you know what I mean). Reccing The Boy Who Lived by Clare. Short summary is that it's basically a What If scenario where Harry and Neville have changed positions, but it's still told in Harry's POV but Harry as a bystander this time. It's short but concise and absolutely lovely. Read itttt! It goes up until the 6th book. And since I alluded to it, lol, also reccing Riha's most recent fic Just The Beginning. omg, Pin. I miss Pin--I feel like it's been ages since I've read them and this was like a breath of fresh air. I just loved Yamapi's growing feelings for Jin. omg, Jin/Yamapi and the KID. So cute. And just all around lots of love for this. If you haven't read it yet, where the heck have you been?!
So what's everyone been up to? :D I feel out of the loop lately since I've been getting so busy somehow, so let me know what's up in your lives! Anything new--doesn't have to be anything big. A new book, a new game, a new show, some new music? :DDD Or maybe you've gone on a trip, tell all! :D
