...On the day of a party. WTF body. WTF. And still I have to get all prettied up (relatively enough) and be the good babysitter. a;sdkfajlsdj Party starts in an hour. Oh god, shoot me.
i. Happy B-day daddy~~~~ ♥♥♥ 53 and kicking. lol Please never leave me. I'm not the daddy's girl for nothing.
ii. So yes, you can tell that the party today was for my dad. Had to clean after recording for
jep_cast. ...Except barely, because everything was apparently already done and my mom just hadn't known and was going to make me do everything AGAIN. *headdesk* Ohgod. What pointlessness. >.> Also, I think because of the dust that I did clean up, I got sick. asldkjfksjdfkj damned it all.
iii. Watched and finished Cat Street all of yesterday. Thankfully, the last episode's subs went up like an hour after I'd finished episode 5. It was ...okay. I wouldn't say outstanding. I wouldn't say WATCHWATCHWATCH. I guess if you're bored and wanna pick up a drama (a short drama since it's only 6 episodes) just to pass the time. This would be it. The heroine may grate at you in the beginning, but she grows on you in the end. As does the lead romance interest - I totally didn't think he was cute until like the 4th episode. And big development, Kimura Ryo (from Hana Kimi and Nodame Cantabile) does not play a gay character in love with his sempai! ...Granted, he didn't in some of the other stuff he's done (Puzzle) but still. Those are the roles I remember him as. He does play a stuttering hip hopper. Which amuzes me. And falls in love with Kurokawa Tomoka's character (Kurokawa Tomoka being the same girl who played Mori Ran in Detective Conan) so I don't know if that's necessarily an upgrade. *MEAN*
iv. Also watched
Chris Matsumura on Janiben subbed. Absolutely hysterical. But the key note? There used to be a Johnny's female group called "The Three Yankees" with a debut single titled "The Baseball" back in 1978. I think it's real because they even had a little picture of it in the right hand corner. I love the boys' reactions to this. "Ah, Johnny-san loves baseball." Oh, Johnny and your obsession to baseball.
v. Wheee. I managed to waste like 15 minutes writing up this post. Off to play Paper Mario. (Mario's a little player in this one.) It's an awesome game. :D
P.S. I should really start on homework, shouldn't I? >.>
