GOD OH GOD. T.T The idea.

4Tops never debuted. Johnny had never intended them too, wanting to keep his popular juniors as that - popular juniors. It was a shame, Johnny figured though, keeping Yamapi in the juniors longer than he really should be - deserved to be a star.
He gained the same popularity, the same roles - Sore wa Totsuzen Arashi no You ni, Dragon Zakura, Nobuta wo Produce, and the most important one, Kurosagi. Yes, Nobuta wo Produce did, in fact, still keep to the Seishun Amigo theme song with him and Kame. But this time around, Yamapi had just as much influence as Kame did. And rightfully so.
After that came Daite Senorita. Compared to the over million reported sales of Seishun Amigo, Daite Senorita became a hit, and then some, with nearly (not hitting sadly) a million and eight hundred thousand sales. A hit that even the Jimusho hadn't expected.
Kitty GYM never formed - the JE group that was given the privilege to cheer for that year's volleyball team was a familiar one.
His only path left were solo projects.

Ryo and Uchi still debuted with Kanjani8, but there was no shuffling between groups. The workload was lessened, understandably so, but both boys were happy with that. The events still played out the same, though. Uchi was caught drinking. Then suspended and Kanjani8 lost one of their own.
There was no suspension for the group, no worries. Except for Johnny's assurance that Uchi would never return to their group. It wasn't what they wanted, not by a long shot. They were Kanjani8 after all, but for now, they stuck to it.
Cheered Uchi on during his suspension, helped him deal with the press, and reassured him that they would get him back.
Uchi quit two years later, even after Johnny "un-suspended" him. Throwing him into a category (along with another) called trainees.
Ryo stopped talking to him after that. If Uchi could give up so easily, he could too.

KKK lost the ITY part of their group name when they started guest-hosting with Ya-Ya-Yah on their namesake television show. Johnny was hard-pressed though, to split up the three boys and instead, decided on a combination between the two groups - seeing how well they worked together. Even with the age differences (Yabu and Hikaru were the youngest at 13, Koyama the oldest at 20), Johnny decided to make a new group for the seven boys called KAY - Krazy Active Young. Nobody bothered to tell Johnny that Krazy is normally spelled C.
They ended up debuting in 2003, performing for the Volleyball promotions - garnering not the same, but almost similar crowd of fans that NewS had.
Koyama, as the eldest, became the leader, and as before with J-Support and with KKKity, Shige was his co-leader. Some things never would change.
2006, Kusano was caught drinking, getting suspended a year after the same thing had happened to another Johnny's boy. The same actions were taken though - KAY was told that Kusano was never going to return, but they held strong - continuing as a 6 member group, even if they missed their 7th member dearly.
Kusano was allowed to come back as a trainee in 2007, just like Uchi. But in his case, he fought through tooth and nail, making his come-back through dramas and other activities. It wasn't KAY, but Kusano kept strong with the idea that even if he couldn't return, he'd still be on the same stage they would be on.

Tegomass was discovered on Shounen Club, getting pushed together for duets with another junior, Moriuchi. However, after Moriuchi quit, the Jimusho didn't feel like they wanted to break up such a strong pair such as Tegomass. They garnered their popularity on Shounen Club, month after month, along with the other popular Junior groups at the time - A.B.C., Kis-my-ft then Kis-my-ft2, followed by KAT-TUN.
It was in 2006, when the plans for Kitty GYM fell through after Yamapi's status suddenly sky-rocketed, that the Jimusho finally decided to take advantage of their budding popularity. Pushing them to start their debut (immediately following KAT-TUN's) promoting for the volleyball tournaments.
After that, time flew down the same path. They started out with Marui Chikara, although the single was still the same Miso Soup - even if it was a little distorted.
