Well, I was mostly talking about the time when Mr. Hong opened the Three Jolly Luck Take-Away Fish Bar on the site of a former temple on the night of the full moon. If something happened there since then, I haven't heard of it. However, things like unlicensed thieving remain to be a thorn in people's sides despite the Theives' Guild's best efforts, and you don't even want to know about The Shades.

Still... I doubt it'd be a problem if you had weapons on you.
