(ooc: okay so, Ilya's birthmarks are glowing like crazy because of the Long Night. The eyes are glowing too. The birthmarks look like this. (and yes from time to time during the Long Night they will be visible through clothing.) I may upload some icons for this, idk. :B But there ya go, that's why she doesn't want to be seen.
