is everything that we feel ephemeral? do we feel things for a long time and just stop one day? is it normal to just stop feeling a certain way? why? humans forever change in intervals in their life time, which make life interesting. right? i guess it's a good and bad thing...or is it just neutral ( Read more... )

Nonsense, Paul.

Good and bad are close together because they are subjective adjectives we assign to objects, people, or events, and would have no bearing on the subjects we assign them to without our perspective. This, of course, applies to many adjectives, but "good" and "bad" are somewhat special because we treat them as if they were objective assignments instead of subjective judgments. Therefore it seems strange to us when they can be so close together, even though they will often be exactly the same when viewed from different perspectives ( ... )

Jenz, while I respect your opinion on the matter I feel that you are wrong in some respect. My feeling on the matter is that you can't really answer whether Good and bad are close together or that it's normal for people to stop feeling a certain way because everyone is different ( ... )
