Update
So our pretty little calico is at the vet until Monday. She got a bad cold, couldn't/didn't eat for maybe a week, and her liver got fatty while she lived off her fat stores. Now she's jaundiced, majorly dehydrated, and starved. She started acting a lot like herself again after the vet stuck a thermometer up her butt...all cuddly and kneading and purring and active. So we're really hoping that this fixes her up. If not, we'll just bring her home and let her go at her own pace. :(
On the (somewhat dark) up side, our other two cats seem to be coping well without her. Which means that if she dies, they're not going to waste away too...which I'd kind of worried about. I've seen cats go either way with siblings dying. I still prefer it if Sophia lived though.
Today is going to be cleaning the house, trying to catch up on filing, wrap up any other loose ends that have been sitting for a while. Tomorrow we're hanging out with friends again, possibly helping move some more stuff. I'd really like to just stay home but it's too late to back out now.
