So, there is no heat in my house. None. It is almost as cold in here as it is outside. Why? Because it don't work. Oh, hot water and cooking work, but no heat. No Heat = New Moan, Ya? Bad joke = I rule!

Anyways, hope it will be fixed soon. I know I do.

I wish. =( They "fixed it." Rather than fixed it. They told me this was gonna solve all my problems and it solved jack shit far as my game connections are concerned. I called em up and asked what was the deal, guy just openly admitted that he doesn't know. So I said, well, no offense, but I'd like to stay on the phone until you can find someone who does know. And they found someone and the guy said, it's simply that we are just too damn far from everything to ever get a good ping. I said, great so all the folks that had been assuring me and giving my hopes up over nothing suck. I told him I appreciated his open honesty that they can't do crap about it. So at least now I don't live on false hopes. I checked every company in town to try and get a different ISP. And the only thing that seems safe is a T1 line. And basically the conversation went like this:

Dude: "Yea the only thing that we have for your area is business T1s and T3s."
Me: "Wow, dammit. How much would that cost?"
Dude: "Well the way we work it for the casual customer is it's probably your best bet to try and win the lottery every month and just give us the ticket."
Me: "Burn in hell demon spawn."

Or something similar to that effect.

I did figure out how to run UT2003 at a nice 200-250 ping with 999, but it involves having a framerate of 20fps. So no matter what, I am fucked. =) Woohooo!
