24...

The reason I hate my birthday during my career at universities can be summed up in one disgusting word: Midterms.
It's about 12:30 in the afternoon. I am in the liberry studying and working on a take-home midterm. Not to fear. The day has been wonderful, ever since 12am this morning.
-Chris and I watched another four episodes of Lost. Obviously, you can tell that we're done with CSI. Yes, all four seasons that were on DVD. The fifth season comes out on November 29th. I wait with baited breath. HA.
-At 12am, Chris sang me happy birthday, along with the kitties who chimed in. I missed a wonderful serenade by Jason at around 12 or so. If you read this today, I will give you a call during a healthy west coast time... it's still, only 9:30 there.
-Went to bed, and woke up without an alarm, at 9:30. Chris and I strolled down to Walnut Street to get cat food and Brueggers Bagels. It's a crisp fall day. My sweater almost isn't warm enough for me... perhaps I should've worn an undershirt.

Tonight, we'll eat dinner at McCormick and Schmi..'s. I don't know how to spell it. I'm looking foward to alcohol and seafood. A wonderful friend at work gave me a $20 certificate towards my food. And said, "Use the money you saved on Urban Outfitters." Since it's right next door. Perhaps I will.

I also have the entire day off tomorrow. So, between today and tomorrow, I will finish my homework, work on my take-home midterm, study for a stats midterm, and catch up on missing work.

I absolutely love my life. I feel like 24 might even be better than the last two years. Hip hip... hooray!
