so I'm a little flabbergasted and amazed by just how stupid I've been by not getting onto Facebook sooner. I should have done this years and years ago. I feel like I've crawled out of a hole I've been in for the past seven years. sorry about that. I'm back now.
I'm considering signing up for an aerobics class at LCC for the summer. I'm seeing a therapist now (she's awesome) and she says I should start doing athletics, because I'll probably meet someone sooner that way. Plus it will help me not be so damn tired all the time. and I'll finally get my flabby body into shape. I've got a hott body in there somewhere, I just gotta find it! ^_^
My therapist is also a certified hypnotherapist and she's going to try and use it on me! I'm really curious to see if that sort of thing real, and if it can help me. I'm willing to try ANYTHING at this point. I mean ANYTHING.
She's completely barefoot during our session...which I found to be really amusing. She basically destroyed all expectations I had when going in to see her, but that's a good thing.
