473 at the moment. Am expecting to break 500 tomorrow, although the visit at my mother's have slowed me down considerably... I just wish it wasn't quite so boooooring >.> How about you?
A little ahead of you. I broke 500 last week, but I suspect by next week I'll have forgotten some of those and will have to recap. I got a bit delayed trying to find an intermediate kanji book that I could actually happily work by myself with. :
What book have you used so far? I would recommend Anki (http://www.ichi2.net/anki/) for all your revision needs. It is doing a fairly good job so far to prevent me from forgetting everything again.
I finished off the basic kanji series we used at Brookes and now i'm stuck into 日本語まとめ問題集 which i don't like as much. I have a PDF of another kanji book as well but it's also a bit awkward. I use anki :) I've also got a mac kanji applet too.
it's called iKanji. If you google, it shouldn't be hard to find. I just have the demo version, you can't use any of the pre-set test packs for anything higher than go-kyuu but you can still put together all the cards you want from all the levels into a practice set and test yourself with that, which is how I use it. It also gives you a butt-tonne of examples for each kanji which I think is quite useful.
How are you getting along with it?
