Witnessing legal documents takes someone called a Commissioner For Oaths, in the UK.  They are all on retirement or non-working, and even the legal firms they work for don't list them, but they don't de-google them or remove them from their firm's websites....  Another instance of the truth is out here I mean soooo far out there man that you need an atlas to find a map of it.  I would have more chance of success if Capt Jack Sparrow's compass which shows you where to go to find what you truely desire was placed in my hand and given wheels to get me there. Bah, badness is omnipresent and fucking annoying.
