Lilly I - [Action/Accidental Voice]

Dec 21, 2009 00:17

[Poor Lilly here arrived during the event. Though she is clothed and has all her belongings, she's now in the center of town wondering how the hell she got there, having no memory of her ever having arrived. She does apparently have a journal, which she's just holding by her side with the pages opened.]

... I don't feel so good.

It's me, Nash! I'm an...acquaintance of the Lady Lightfellow's. We were in one of Nadir's plays together?

Oh right, I remember you. Your rendition of that vampire woman was... interesting.

And, I assure you, extremely accurate.

Has anyone told you what's going on?

Oh, did Nadir tell you that?

I've been talking to our 'genius tactician'.

Of course! He was overwhelmed by my audition.

Ah. I trust he wouldn't leave such an important personage as yourself uninformed.

Oh, I'm certain he was.

I would hope not. He did a rather poor job during the war. He had a nasty habit of trying to keep me out of the loop.

He had similar doubts about my contributions. Perhaps he's jealous?

Or simply immature. Neither would surprise me.

You'll just have to whip him into shape.

He can be useful, but he's not really worth the effort.

Well, there are so many people wandering about, some of them must be capable servants.

That might be true, but usually Marlowe does all the hiring for mundane details like that.

And besides, I don't have any money. It's supposed to be Samus's job to look after my funds.

No money here at all, I'm afraid. Everything's free for the taking.

Somehow I don't think there's a servant store around here, do you? [Not in a low-class place like this.]
