anyway PUBLICITY TIME 8D our CD's probably coming out next week and you guys should've seen these awesome posters and the looooooooong string of CDs hanging all the way from the 4th floor to the basement of the yellow staircase. :D SO what does this mean? THIS MEANS THAT YOU HAVE TO BUY MY CD, OR DIE TRYING.
The CD goes for $8! It's basically a compilation of songs that the YME batch '07-'08 have composed, sung, arranged etc. They're Chinese, but that shouldn't deter you because some of the tunes are seriously pretty. And incredibly catchy. PLUS WE HAS HIDDEN TALENT OK WE HAVE THIS AWESOME AWESOME SINGER. YOU LISTEN AND YOU TELL ME WHO SHE IS. HER VOICE IS <333
PLUS if that's not enough to convince you, TWO of the songs have won awards! The first song, 魅影, or Phantom, was composed by me and Xushuang, lyrics done by her (which explains why they're so cheem) and etc. It won er i think 2nd for song lyrics, 2nd for composition and Best Arrangement at the recent St. Andrews' Junior College Songwriting Competition! Another song later down, called 你说, is done by Hannah and Yunxi and Liying AND FEATURES THE AWESOME SECRET HIDDEN TALENT. I can't remember offhand what awards they got, but they did get awards!
What's more, all proceeds will go to OSL. :D So it's even for a worthy cause! Help support your faithful car-washers and bubble-tea sellers. :D
