it's been 20 days since the start of my 'diet' and i have to say, i'm nowhere near successful. i have been able to stay away from the meat, (except last friday), but i have not been able to stay away from the SODA, the beer, and the munchies.

i have not been able to stick to my goal of working out 4 days a week. all these plans kinda just pop up and it just seems like the better thing to do.... working out is honestly driving me nuts because it's soooooooooooooo boring. where has that drive to sweat gone?

anyway, i'm going to try this out again.

the eliminated:
1. beef
2. pork
3. chicken
4. soda
5. anything that falls under the category of dessert
6. fast food

ok, anything more, and i think that would be too much too soon.

i'm so not happy with how my body looks. my ass and thighs are just getting more massive by the day... i feel like they're growing fast forward!!! this isn't right. if only i had the extra money, i'd lipo them away before time gets to them.
