Yes, yes, it's Thursday, silly hats for all, go to. I've found (a year and a half late) something that made my bitter, entitled, keeps-forgetting-the-show-was-not-about-her-favorite heart ANGRY at the writers: the Scene On The Log. And not the log cleverly disguised as a stump, either.

Agreed that was very unlike Raw.

I can see this aiming for being a running joke, following the scene where Glitch complains his picture is terrible and instead of comfort, gets agreement. But this was much different than teasing a friend over a funny haircut.

If Glitch hadn't said 'It's all my fault' first, if he'd just said that if he hadn't invented the sunseeder the witch wouldn't have been able to twist it, or even if he'd said he'd felt guilty first, and then said that about the sunseeder, then Raw, in his pragmatic way, might have agreed, because it was, after all, cold hard fact. But I like to think he would have followed that up with some form of 'but it's not your fault'. But then it would have been srz drama moment, and not 'humor' moment. As it stands, though, it does sound like Raw's agreeing it's all Glitch's fault, which I'm sure he doesn't. Or maybe he does, lol. Maybe the Viewers were vehemently opposed to the whole 'meddle with the growing season' plan and were holding protests in front of the castle for weeks prior and ....

No, I'm not easy to sidetrack at all. :)

Seriously, though, I like to believe Raw would do a better job comforting his friend over that issue at some point.
