Not providing you with what you want does not make anyone a poseur. Having a different way of doing things does not make anyone a poseur. Not finishing a work in progress does not make anyone a poseur.
You make a comment downthread, that "You don't buy half-written books." Well, people's ljs are not bookstores! When you read fanfic, you're a visitor, not a customer. You're being allowed an intensely personal glimpse into someone else's mental fantasy world, however much they choose to show you for however long, and not a second more. You're guaranteed nothing in that world - not endings, not proper punctuation, not perfection - nothing... and you're entitled to exactly nothing. Sometimes you wander into someplace really cool and vital, and sometimes it's an abandoned ruin. That is the beauty of it, if it frustrates you so badly, then go to the library instead. It's not up to you to see that anyone gets to experience the thrill of finishing, or making it the very best it can be, you're not the English teacher to the World. This is a hobby, not a job or a school assignment. Don't be so disdainful of other people's "cracked vases".
By the way, since you've said you feel free to give other people tips, I feel free to offer one to you: your aspirations to go pro are really an irrelevant preface to comments like this one. Lots of people have such aspirations. That and a dollar buys them a coffee.
