In my fanon, which changes with each au, yes and most definitely yes.

I play with both concepts.

I think many of them will come with time and triggering, rather than any active magical push.

Does Ahamo have a job in Court?
He'll always have a purpose in mine, but I haven't nailed down duties.
In your mind what is the Queen's real name? What is Ahamo's?
I named her Lalinda in a fic for some reason, and it stuck with me. I've played with different names for him but haven't settled on any one.
Who is going to be Queen of the O.Z.? Will the current Queen remain or will she abdicate to Az or DG?
I haven't had her abdicate yet, and I'm not sure who'll be her heir apparent.
What is your personal fanon for Ahamo?
Again, haven't settled on it. I really don't want it to be overly typical, though. I've actually thought of having him be related to characters in other fandoms.
What happened to the Queen's parents? At what age did she become Queen?
This I have yet to explore.
Do they have any other family left in the O.Z, Earth or other kingdoms/realms/worlds? (like Ahamo's parents, siblings, cousins)
Oh, I'm sure there's someone on Earth; not sure about the Zone.
