I am curious about this yellow ribbon that always seems to be popping up in Cain's vest pocket.

I know I'm a little OCD when it comes to details, but I really must've missed something.

Oddly I have never ever seen this trope in fanfic. Or if I have I don't remember it. And for me to not remember it... well.

I like the idea though. *pause* Until I remembered that he wasn't wearing the vest in the suit. Also who the hell got together all of his tin manish accoutrements and hid them in a box under the cabin/where DID those tight pants come from?

And do not get me started on the coat and hat. EDIT: and how did he know about the box under the cabin and and and *brainplosion*

I have a theory about the box under the house, actually... and the hat... but where he found the hat and the coat, I don't know...

I thought the crack about the personal assistant holding on to the hat and coat for all that time was in the parody, but apparently it was in someone's recap. I blame Effie.

My theory on the box is purely from my brain.

Wyatt told Adora and Jeb to get out of Central City and go to the cabin. She was supposed to wait for a week and if he didn't show up, she and Jeb had to leave. Just in case she missed him, she put the box under the cabin with items he would recognize. It was their way of letting the other know they were there if they were separated.

After Wyatt arrived and they were getting to leave the next morning, she told him where the box was. But before he could get it, Zero arrived.

*looks over theory*

Yeah, it needs work.

Mine has a massive hole because I just remembered that Wyatt didn't have his gun when he got back from Central City. *facepalm*

It's the ribbon that Zero pulled out of Adora's hair, wrapped around his hand and then proceeded to beat Wyatt.

We didn't see it on camera, but it looks like Zero stuffed in Cain's vest pocket. Zero was being a classic bully here and very sadistic.

I knew Zero had wrapped the ribbon around his fist, I just missed the part where it got into Cain's pocket.

Probably because Cain wasn't wearing his vest when Zero beat him up...
