There's a gal on my f-list whom I've known for a number of years who is a superb writer of Man from U.N.C.L.E. fanfic, and also a voracious reader of same. She recently reposted this list she came up with a few years ago and I got her permission to share it with y'all ( Read more... )

Numbers 9 and 10 I don't think we have a problem with. The rest, however, YES. To replace those two, I'd say "I had way too much sugar before I wrote this."

This fandom needs some sort of "I've seen 'Wicked' a couple of times" subclause. And maybe one about confusing the use of pet names with excuses for shipping. IDK.

I was gonna guess that #8 didn't apply to this fandom because candacestls and I were the only ones actually over the drinking age ...
