Glitch shouldn’t have ignored the first clue. He knew now that he should’ve just knocked.
A haphazard tangle of fur and cotton on the floor. A jumble of tanned limbs and pale ones, glimpse of tied-back long hair and messy, shorter blond hair. Groans and the wet slide of bodies moving together, the creak of an overtaxed bed frame.
Wyatt looked up to see Glitch come into their room, pale as a dinner napkin. He watched Glitch sit down slowly, then stick firm palms into his eyes. “What’s wrong?”
“Raw and Jeb forgot to lock their door again.”
“Oh, sweetheart...”
