OH my Gawd! I just created this monster wonderful salad and HAD to share because when I make good choices and good decisions I like to share :
Ingredients
chopped apples - skin on ( i like gala or braeburn but whatever - they are still apples )
Mixed greens - i like romaine, butter, iceburg, purple cabbage, and spinach
carrot slivers
chopped up smoke turkey slices ( i use the kraft kind cuz it has less than .5 gr of fat in 6 slices)
feta cheese
craisins - original flavor if you're using ocean spray
Dressing - Marie Calender's Raspberry Vinaigrette - ZERO FAT - THAT RIGHT UH HUH
I'm not going to tell you how much portions I used of what because I feel like you are going to know what you like most of in your salad - however if need exact proportions I can help you out
More or less the ONLY fat you're looking at (besides the turkey) is from the feta cheese which can EASILY be withheld... but I couldn't believe HOW good the creation was. I'm sure it's not original but in my mind it's new :)
