Well, I'm obviously over the flu since my last post. That was not fun. Working at the Holt building has 'compromised my immune system' Thankfully I won't have anything more to do with that place after end of the month. No more holding my breath to get my inbox everyday or having Dan go in to get things upstairs I need. Yay!

Things have been going pretty good. We've finally been biking more constantly now that it's warmed up and I'm impressing myself with how far I can go. I started out going no less than 5 miles a trip and as many as 10. My new bike is great and doesn't hurt my wrists at all.

Dan and I have been doing a lot of work outside the house cleaning up the yard. It's so nice to have help doing that stuff. He's fixed 2 push mowers and a ride on mower that were given to us. Not having to borrow stuff from my parents is great.

My family seems to have gotten closer since Dan's been here. We tend to hang out with my parents a lot and my father has mellowed out a ton. He called the house today (which he never used to do) to tell us he baked some cornbread muffins for us. It's weird but a nice change.

In other news we are tossing around the idea of having a reception on our year anniversary. I think it would be fun. Just a TON of work! We'll see how that goes. Having a potluck would be easier! haha

That's about all that's been going on. Dan's excited about getting into storm chasing again. We'll have to get in touch with Sam to come with us. We wandered out to Albion and Springport last Friday trying to take pictures but were too late. Dan got a wireless internet card for his laptop and I got to be captain navigator AND radar lookout. How does the one with the poorest sense of direction get that job? I did surprising well though.
