Snow?
There is seriously less than two inches of snow on the ground for the foot that they were predicting. I can't say that I'm upset though. I'm a snow humbug this year, especially since I have to drive into work more often then not now. I started my new job in Product, and I really enjoy it. Finally, I feel like things are starting to look up career wise for me, and I'm really happy about it. My personal life is going well too. I recommitted to the gym, and have lost 8lbs since January 1st. My goal is 40, since then I'll be at my ideal weight, but that takes time, and I am not setting unrealistic expectations to be there by the cruise in September. My tax return ended up being better than I thought it would be, and that's always a plus, but its my last year with school credits. (boo). I can't say I miss the homework though!
I threw Jim a surprise 27th birthday party on Saturday, and it was a big success! Most of Jim's friends were able to come, and several of mine too! I really want the game that Anna brought...it was so much fun! Jim's actually birthday was good too. We went out for dinner at Pazzo's, and I ate a healthy dish which was really delicious.
I think I'm going to go blonde again... like very blonde. I am in need of a change, and if I can't get a new car just yet, I can at least get some new hair! I'm tired of this hairdo anyway, so I think that will spruce things up a bit.
I'm going to the Harry Potter exhibit in boston on Feb 20th, and taking the Sam Adam's tour, so I'm pretty excited about that! I'm also looking forward to our three day weekend to clean things up a bit more and relax. We haven't had a slower weekend in awhile, and I think it will be good to catch up on some sleep!
