Sooo....
Josh and I put in an offer for a house tonight. I'm supposed to hear back by 5pm tomorrow if they accept or want to negotiate. We tried to low ball them a little bit although it's still more than we really wanted to pay... but I really really like this house. So it seems I may be a resident of Luckey OH in the next couple months. I'm trying not to be scared shitless :)
Anyway, here's the link to the house. We're going to be repainting pretty much every room so dont mind the pink walls and blue carpets (lol ick). Hopefully tomorrow I'll have good news :)
