so this will probably be my only entry this summer. i don't have time to write on the computer, nor do i feel the need to like i did a few years ago. and although this entry may seem like i'm pleading for sympathy, i'm really not....i guess i'm just writing it to warn you not to let it happen to you

money sucks, especially when they cut your fin aid into a third from whatit was the year before. thats awesome. i'm sorry you had to work so much, i only work about half your hours and it was tough for me to see people! i wish i had seen you this summer i miss talking to you and i feel so out of the loop of whats been going on with you and how college was for you :( it makes me sad. so i've decided that you can't go to france and that you have to take the semester off and stay with me in LA! no question about it.i'm leaving tomorrow morning so you better start packing now!

We used to be pretty good friends back in day. When everything was sooooo much easier. I hope it gets easier for you! I know it will. You are a very strong person. I lost all my friends this summer too. It was my job - and i hate to say it - my boyfriend. He controls my life and everything i do i have to clear it through him, etc. I get so down and so sad all the time because all my friends are out enjoying their summer, partying and having the time of their life. I've taught myself "don't look in the rearview mirror". You spent the summer making money which is absolutly FABULOUS!! Now go to France and enjoy it, you can go to the bars everynight and get the chance to meet some amazing people while you're there.

I understand I just miss you. but do what you got to do for you. that's what i've learned. I also joined the gym and your sisters kicking my bum and making sure I follow the routines you've set up yourself and her. i hope to see you before you leave for France but i understand if you run out of time. i like you for ever, I love you for always as long as i'm living my best friend you'll be.

but seriously, i don't talk to anyone ever anymore. but i see it as a 2 way street so whatev. and don't feel old. feel good. feel the you growing up. yeah we're 'adults' but i think this summer, especially, is a time for us to realize that people change and get on with their lives. the good ones will always stick around, you'll see that.

don't beat yourself up kid. i admire you in so many ways. you're going to a great school. and you can BE whoever YOU want to BE. don't let bentley, the people there, or the cost to be educated ruin who you are or what you strive to be. you are an incredibly motivated human being and there are a lot of people out there who i wish could have a wee bit of your will power.

i love you. don't give up.
