she's not a girl who misses much
well, because of my disgustingly busy business, as has been pointed out to me by someone who will remain un-named ( he knows who he is), i have neglected my live journal responsibilities. i appologize to all of those poor saps who really think that my life is interesting, as it has the substance of the life of a sloth. ugh. what joy.
anyway, my weekend was just peachy and over all, pretty relaxing. I had a track meet on saturday(no surprise), and i did ok, but it was so insanely hot and muggy, that I got dehydrated yet again. it is no fun. oh, and after forgeting to re-apply my sunscreen after the first hour, i recieved my first rather painful sunburn of the year. yay, rah-rah! global warming sucks. um, it was Juju's birthday on saturday, and i hope it went really well for her. yay Julia! you rock my socks!
well, i've been experimenting with indie rock music, and have bought a couple cds so far: Modest Mouse and Franz Ferdindand. Might i recomend actually listening to bands before buying their cds. hahaha. i learned the hard way that un-polished, artistic music isn't always my cup of tea.
