So here's a good story for the children:
Once again I'm moving out of my apartment. This time, however into somewhere a little nicer in comparisons to some of the other places. I mean, it has its quirks, of course. But most everything works now and its quite cozy during the winter months. Its also nice to be about a mile or so away from school so that I may walk there when I dont feel like shoveling off my car or scavenging around like some damn buzzard for non-existant parking places on campus.
Unfortunatly for myself, I didnt have the funds to necessarily move out myself so I had to borrow them from someone who did (really appreciative, with conditions (made by myself) to pay back by February-March-April. So doing some finances, I found out over the course of the remainder of my lease (Until July/August) I'm going to save anywhere from $2,200 - $2,500. Rent at the place I'm going is only $80 a month (which is pretty much rent-free) and utilities are included, for JB, Taka, Rick and I.

School is going - I guess everyone has to go through the boring-est classes in the major occasionally, but seriously... ALL of mine this year are the most hard, yet boring, math-related courses in my major yet. Not to mention the subject is hard and your instructor speaks a Russian-Ennngrish mess and you cannot understand one damn word that comes out of his mouth. Oh, and he thinks this is the way to teach: he intentionally leaves out parts of the assignment and waits until you do the assignment to say to do that particular part. When told, "Hey man. You said NOTHING about *dar dar dar*!", he repiles "I asked for questions and no one asked about that."
This is where you feel like smacking your head on a table and saying, "No SHIT I didnt ask about that. No shit NO ONE asked about that. If we knew what we were doing well enough to ask those kinds of questions, then we would NOT BE IN YOUR FUCKING CLASS." Please. Just tell the assignment like it is. No funny stuff.

This is where all the design students picked him up ant-with-a-crumb style and hocked him down the elevator shaft. He's still down there.

So classes this semester are typography (the art of Type - or at least we think there is one), Graphic Production (the making and reproduction of graphic design elements like logotypes=logos, package design, distribution and creative processes of graphic design), Photography (no explaination needed here. Point, shoot, click.. well maybe a little more than that. lol.) and History of Western Art II (yes, its every bit as scary as it sounds... but very, Very interesting.) I've been in some such art history class for working on about a year and I'm still only up to the 1400's.

So, thats whats up.
