Huh. It appears I'll be going to the Justin Timberlake concert this summer.
My brother's oldest daughter of... like, 11 or so is *dying* to go and he needed someone not quite yet an old fart and someone almost responsible to take her, so naturally he thought of me.
This brings back memories of my first concert. I was... 14 and Michael Jackson was on his Dangerous Tour. My best friend at the time wasn't allowed to go, but my second best friend who was raised in a pretty strict Catholic home was. Go figure. It was the beginning of years of obsession for her. Yes, this was back when Micheal was still cool. Some of us do recall.
Seems like old Justin is spending an awful lot of time in Copenhagen lately. Surely he of all people doesn't have to come to Denmark to find girls who are easy...? Oh well, it should be a pretty good show, and a chance for me and Astrid to bond a little.
I guess I should start practicing my shrieking....
