So I thought of something to add to my response of why i came to a football-less Transy and not Auburn: my admissions counselor also LIED to me. In my interview I asked about snow and weather and she told me Kentucky weather was very similar to Alabama weather and that I'd probably find very little difference. Um, I'm gonna call bull on that one. Two snowfalls in one school year--yeah. doesn't happen. and it's not even February. salt trucks--hmmm. not so much. cancelling school because of the snow--ok y'all get that one, but transy's not out (but then very few, if any, colleges officially get out for weather). I don't enjoy the snow, especially in this stage when it's all slick and slushy and gross. but yeah. just my random thought!
