On a Dime

It's amazing how quickly a great day can turn shitty, or how a waste of a day of your life can turn into something you'll always remember. I hate living days that I'll never remember for anything, but today is one I'll most certainly feel 30 years from now was officially "lived", and for no special reason for anyone other than myself and maybe the girl that drove an hour to surprise me at my apartment.

The past two days I've been trying to jumpstart my reading habit again, so I've gotten nine too many books. In no particular order, here they are:

-Reefer Madness, by Eric Schlosser
-Factotum, by Charles Bukowski
-Ham on Rye, by Charles Bukowski
-Eleanor Rigby, by Douglas Coupland
-Stranger Than Fiction (I found it!), by Chuck Palahniuk
-American Psycho, by Bret Easton Ellis
-Glamorama, by Bret Easton Ellis
-A Million Little Pieces (I had to, I love hullabaloos), by James Frey
-Still Life With Woodpecker, by Tom Robbins

And that's that. I'll report on my progress, but right now I'm in a depressive state so my reading habits are less than prodigious, shall we say.
