Redemption
The idea of Cadmus' redemption wormed its way into my thoughts today as I was taking care of business. A year ago, I would never have even entertained such a thought but now..... I dunno. Honestly, I can't see how it could be done, but the idea of it has a kind of attraction to it. What would happen if the Abomination were redeemed? Is there even a hint of such a thing in the Augury of Gideon? Would he be received within the Great Hive if he were to obtain the forgiveness and acceptance he needs (even though he doesn't realise it)? How would Cadmus behave if he were redeemed? Hell, how could he be redeemed?
It's highly doubtful that this would ever happen, but the thought is still attractive on a certain level.
