I reckon it doesn't help that it's so often so quiet around here that I frequently just neglect to post. Writing longform at a largely absent audience is sort of like yelling into the void. Sometimes cathartic but often just demotivating and exhausting instead.

I've been alright, thanks. Much the same as ever, really. Got a new cohort of teeny baby 16 year olds at work who I am sure are mostly very nice, there's just SO MANY of them this year. Not enough rooms, not enough chairs, someone's going to have to learn to levitate...
