I don't want you to hate for all the hurt that you feel...
One of my resolutions was posting more, and I'm not exactly off to a great start.
One of the reasons I'm going to marry the man I'm going to marry is that of everyone I've ever known, he's the only person who gets mad on my behalf.
Don't get me wrong, I've met many lovely, sympathetic people. But he's the only one who gets angry. Even when I'm not angry. When whatever the issue is has become old hat, business as usual, he'll still be upset about it. He sees the way I'm treated and gets as upset as if it happened to him.
And sometimes when I am angry but I don't want to talk about it, and nothing seems to appease me and I just want to be left alone, he'll go off and play Illusion just loud enough so I can hear it.
If you've never heard VNV Nation's Illusion, or you've never seen the animation Dollface, you should really take a minute and watch this. I'm sure I'm not the only one who can relate.
