The Whole Day Together
It had taken the entire day, but by dinner that night, over champagne and candlelight, Richard had figured it out.
“This has happened before, hasn’t it?”
Clark, carefully blank look behind his glasses, merely asked. “What makes you say that?”
“I’ve been walking around all day having déjà vu. And usually you’re in and out all day, but it was just a few hours this morning.”
“I started the day over again. It’s... something I can do.”
“Do you... do it often?” Richard asked, half in awe and somewhat unnerved.
“No.” Said Kal-El very seriously. “Only when it’s important.”
