I don't understand all this hullabaloo about contractors in Iraq .
Let's just trust in the invisible hand of the market to run this war. The contractors that kill the most civilians are inevitably going to see the least growth in their revenue over the next few fiscal cycles. Their customers (the US government) will realize their substandard performance and grant them less contracts. More regulation cannot possibly be more effective than the free market. Their "same store sales" will drop, analysts will downgrade their stock, and all will be well.
Oh boy, their next 10-Q will be a day of reckoning.
Trust the market.
