jobs, college, the car...whooooo
well, numerous hours spent handing out resumes. and just...nothing.
i went to the lakefield IGA today to hand in a resume, and one of the managers or whatever there came down to talk to me as i was filling out the application...she turned out to be john (from the car wash)'s wife! it was so random. hopefully john doesn't have anything bad to say about me...i mean, i called in sick -once- over the course of a year and a half, and it was only a half-day i missed.
i am so fucked with my money situation. and now my car is dying. it wouldn't start friday morning, dad had to come out to millbrook to fix it. then sunday when i was driving it just died in the middle of the road, blocking traffic. haha. but i fixed it, and continued on my way. just...really sketchy. could be the fuel filter, wiring, or 50 other things. i want to try replacing the fuel filter, but that's $30 i don't have. plus i really need to do an oil change, and that's $25 for oil, $10 for the oil filter. i can do both of those things here.
also, panic over what i'm doing with my life. i don't know if i want to go into the courses i applied for in college anymore. (pharm tech? addictions counsellor? photographer?)
and i've got an offer from durham.
and centennial says i don't have gr 12 english? wtf. i definitely do.
