[The front door slowly swings open. For a moment, nothing is visible but a pair of amber eyes that unblinkingly stare at the woman seated at the porch swing. Then Yuki drifts out the door into the dying sunlight.]

[Grace glances up at her, a little worried- Yuki always left her feeling slightly worried, for how the girl seemed, well, downright souless in the face sometimes.

It wasn't right, children with such little life in them.]

You should really try and make some friends, sweetheart. [Grace encouraged her gently, worriedly.] Go hang around the community pool, have a little bit of fun.

Or else you should do some community service work, help your neighbors, get involved in some club...or see what the church is doin', during the week.
