Like a Battered Woman
OK. So Dr. Horrible has been making me smile for the past 5 days. All week I have had the songs stuck in my head and I've watched it so often that my family thinks I have a problem. (I bought it on iTunes... and I watched it in line for Dark Knight last night.) So this morning I'm all psyched when the Third Act showed up on my queue. My brother and I set up my computer, sit down and watch the first 2 acts to prepare and then open the third.
AND THEN MY HEART BREAKS!
I don't see why Joss does this over and over and OVER again! Also, I don't see why I keep falling for it. He makes everything light hearted and wonderful- he makes me love the characters, even in a really short period of time. THEN HE KILLS THEM AND TURNS THEM EVIL!
I mean, there was only one of 2 ways this could have gone, and granted, he did take the less cheesy and cliche path... but STILL.
I am really sad. I want Billy back. I want Dr. Horrible to go away. :(
Also- I need to stop trusting Joss. It's only going to keep getting me hurt.
