THINGS! "Psychiatrists are not allowed to touch their patients ;)"
Hello everybody! It's been a long time since I wrote here.
I have to say that I looked at that thingy where you take the first sentence of the first entry of each month... and it was incredibly depressing. So I decided not to share it.
My life is so much better this year. So, so much better.
Sad things about today.
- I put my banana in my pocket today as I went to school, and it was not there when I got to school. Somewhere between my house and school there is a banana sitting in the snow.
- I forgot my wallet at home... so no new banana/bagel.
- Dane went home last night- so it's the first time I've been away from him in over a week and a half... this is sad.
- My necklace is making my neck break out in a rash... I think they lied to me when they said it was silver.... maybe in color!
- It is snowing! This means it is BEAUTIFUL but it is cold and wet. I sat in snow on my car seat... and my butt got all wet.
- It is 2 days out from my Heme exam, and I'm very nervous- but I'm feeling powerful, and I'm going to get through it!
Happy things about today!
- I brought a lunch! It is going to be delicious... and I can't wait to eat it!
- It is snowing, so it's pretty! And I think there is going to be enough snow that the guy will plow it! So I don't have to shovel! YAY!
- I get to see Dane again in a few of days!! And I get to see his family too- who I haven't seen in a long time, and that's great!
- I get to see my Mom and my Brother tomorrow!
- I am making the BEST looking dinner tonight! AND I AM SO EXCITED!
- I GET TO SEE THE NEW JERSEY CONTINGENCY SUPER SOON!
- I get to see Robert and Carrie in the city! :D (hopefully)
- I love this professor. He's interesting, informative, funny, and SUPER-JEWISH! (He just used schmuck in a sentence. I feel like I'm home)
- I am officially registered for the COMLEX (the boards I have to take to be a doctor) and will be taking them on June 24th in Portland... nuts.
- Christmas is in 8 days!
- I think I'm just about done with my Christmas shopping! ... well, almost.
- MY EXAM IS GOING TO BE OVER AT 12, NOON ON FRIDAY, AND I HAVE NOTHING STARTING AGAIN UNTIL JANUARY 5th! So as long as I think I do OK, I have NOTHING TO DO until January 5th! Which means I get to relax and chill out and ENJOY myself for almost 2 weeks!
EDIT: MORE HAPPINESS!!!
- My lunch was delicious!
- I'm going to have pudding and a Dexter as my break tonight for dinner!
- I got the Christmas presents I thought I wasn't going to get! So my Dad and my Mom are done!!! YES!
- I PASSED OPP ON MONDAY! I thought I did, but it's good to know I was right, and that is a load off for a while.
- Record Year of Rainfall is amazing. I was disappointed in the Always a Bridesmaid series until the last installment- but The Raincoat Song and Record Year of Rainfall are AMAZING- and they make me happy to listen to them.
