Slow motion addict
Carina Round is gonna be big. i got into her a few months ago and caught a few shows at hotel cafe. she's british and her record was produced by Glen Ballard (he did no doubt's return of saturn as well as alanis morrisettes jagged little pill..). anyways, she reminds me a lot of PJ Harvey and i don't just draw that comparison because they both have vagina's and are british. their stage presence is similar though carina goes really crazy even in acoustic settings. plus that have that low growl thing going on. carina's great in that she sounds like she has this elecronic sort of trip hop voice gone rock. im sure her record is going to be a lot more rock pop oriented though. check her out she's gonna bust out onto the scene. since her upcoming shows in LA are KCRW sponsored they're probably gonna jack up door prices. i used to see her for free!
