Not G4. Still cute.
Ok, I've been spending way too much time reading My Little Pony fanfiction lately. Which I guess is a good thing, since it means I'm saving the actual books ( Star Trek ) that I've been spending money on. But instead I've spent money on buying... you guessed it: ponies! Little plastic toys with brushable manes and tails. Yeah, 30 years out of the target demographic, but I stopped caring about things like that years ago.
Still, I'm pretty sure this isn't "my new fandom", because for me to consider myself a part of a fandom, I need to actually participate in it, if in no other way than commenting on new episodes or people's fics/art/music/animations. Which I don't. I've come to the realization that I like femslash if it's cute little cartoon ponies though. ( Still hate, and probably always will hate porn, regardless of sex, gender or species. And by "hate" I don't mean "it shouldn't be allowed to exist" but "I won't touch it with a ten-foot pole". To each their own. )
As I usually do when I'm into something, I've created a character for myself. Her name is Dreamwalker, but I'm not quite sure what her talent is yet ( thank you very much, Princess Luna! ;-). Made this picture on a pony maker and manipped together two colours in her mane. This isn't a G4 ( = My Little Pony Generation 4, "Friendship is Magic" ) maker, but this is actually where I got the idea for the braid in her mane and her little... front leg decorations, and I just love how cute she looks sticking her tongue out! Silly filly..! <3
EDIT: Changed to a more MLP-ish LJ theme too, since the old one clashed a bit.
