OK, I'm going public with this!
It's taken me months to admit this to myself, from obsessing over their a(n)dorable antennae in January to planning fics and art in April and May, but I'm kindasorta having a crush on Shran. A little. It's funny because he's nothing like Rodney ( except for being an arrogant little - - - smurf ) and I can't really identify with him the way I can with Rodney. I guess that's why I can ship him with his actual canon wife. Because I don't really "want" him like I "want" Rodney. ( I can also slash him with his favourite pinkskin captain... ) No, I'm not making sense! I'm a fangirl; I'm entitled to not making sense! ;-p
Realizing that I post in both Gate and Trek communities, and having a tendency to forget switching icons accordingly, I decided to make myself a new default icon that works in both universes.
( Somebody really needs to write a fanfic in which somebody gets pissed off with Shran and calls him a smurf! :-D )
